Insane Audio is dedicated to quality craftsmanship and are pleased to offer this Warranty. We suggest that you read it thoroughly. 

In the event that we have not achieved our usual standard of excellence, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, within the warranty period. A valid proof of purchase, with the purchase date clearly indicated, must be provided.

Products sold by Insane Audio carry a one-year warranty for manufacturer defect. The warranty is for replacement of product except where otherwise noted and does not cover installation or other costs associated with replacement or exchange. Abuse or misuse of product voids all warranties.


This Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship (parts and labor) in the product.


This Warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Damage occurring during shipment of the product to Insane Audio for repair (claims must be presented to the carrier).
  2. Damage caused by accident or abuse, including burned voice coils caused by over-driving the speaker (amplifier level is turned up and driven into distortion or clipping). Speaker mechanical failure (e.g. punctures, tears or rips). Cracked or damaged LCD panels. Dropped or damaged hard drives.
  3. Damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper operation or failure to follow instructions contained in the Owner’s manual.
  4. Damage caused by act of God, including without limitation, earthquake, fire, flood, storms or other acts of nature. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of the product.
  5. Service performed by an unauthorized person, company or association.
  6. Any product which has the serial number defaced, altered or removed.
  7. Any product which has been adjusted, altered or modified without Insane Audio’s consent.
90-day Return/Exchange Policy: 

Refund or exchange? You may choose an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used in the original transaction. 


Please follow the steps below to process a return: 

  1. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization.  Contact our support team at with your order number and/or receipt of purchase. 
  2. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery.


Please take a photo of the original packaging (including the package the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed. 

If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. 

  1. We do not accept returns after 90 days from the ship date. 
  2. We do not accept returns from 3rd party sellers. Please contact that seller directly. 
  3. Pack your items carefully.  Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals.  Please use the original over-box and the packaging your product arrived in. 
  4. Attach the shipping label.  Remove or mark out the original labels, then securely tape one completed label to each package. 

Insane Audio may refuse a customer return when the returned item is not like new. Conditions that will lead to refused returns include when the returned item has: 

    1. A different serial number than the one Insane Audio originally shipped. 
    2. Missing parts or the original product packing material. 
    3. Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment. 
    4. Signs of heavy usage. 
    5. Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling.
    6. We will email you confirming that the return was processed.
    7. We will process your exchange or refund. 

After we receive your return, we normally process your exchange or refund within 2 business days (M-F). Once we issue a refund, the funds are typically available in your bank account within 5 business days. (Some banks or financial institutions may take longer.)  Exchange: Please follow the steps below to process an exchange: 

  1. Contact Insane Audio Support team, at 
  2. If it is determined that a replacement unit and/or component is warranted, Insane Audio Support will process and send an exchange product.  The exchange product will be a factory “Core Replacement” unit that is cosmetically perfect and reliability tested. 
  3. Upon receiving the exchange product, the customer packs the defective product using the reusable carton and packing material, attaches the prepaid shipping label to the carton box, and ships back to Insane Audio.

The returned product must meet all of the following requirements: 

    1. The returned product agrees with the original request. 
    2. The returned product has not been abused (i.e. dropped, contaminated with liquid, mis-installed, etc.). 
    3. The returned product must include a copy of the customer’s bill of sale (receipt) to validate the warranty.
