Re: Back up camera

Hi ACOAKLEY, How have you wired the rear camera? Does your rear camera engage when your vehicle is in reverse? Your rear camera should be connected to the "REAR CAM" or "CAM IN" RCA port and should be powered with the RockCam Power / GND wires. When connected properly, you can open the RockCam app a...

Re: IPod app shuffle function?

Hi there, Unfortunately the iPod app doesn’t have a shuffle feature and the ordering is decided by the iTunes playlist. Re: RCA connections

Hi Slowpoke2008, To connect an aftermarket amp, you will want to use Insane Audio’s provided RCA pre-outs to the external amplifier. Re: JK1001 Software Update v2.1.1 is available now!!

As of now, we don't have any updates for the JK1001. We were offering an upgrade program for our customers. That program has technically expired, but if you'd like I can get approval for you to still participate. If you're interested to participate or would like more information about the upgrade pr...

Re: IHeartRadio App

As we’re sure you know, there are literally millions of apps available through the Google Play Store. While most work great with our products, we have no actual control over the apps themselves as these are built by 3rd party developers. What you are describing, unfortunately, is poor application de...

Re: Amp and sub install

Yes, this is the proper way to wire your sub-woofer. There are two Blue wires in between the black and grey plugs of the main wiring harness. The blue wire which has been labelled 'SUB-WOOFER', should be cut (not spliced) and crimped with the wire to your sub-woofer amp. You should not be cutting in...
